I was born into a Tibetan family in the Himalayas and spent the first half of my life as a Buddhist monk, receiving a complete monastic education. After leaving monastic life, I turned my focus to holistic healing through Tibetan Ku Nye Massage—one of the world’s oldest therapeutic traditions. I am certified by the Pure Vision Sorig Healing and Research Center in Kathmandu and bring deep knowledge, care, and presence to my healing practice. In my hometown of Boudha, Kathmandu, I serve both local residents and Tibetan lamas.

I have also shared my healing practice internationally, offering therapeutic massage in Norway, India and Sri Lanka.

About Tibetan Medicine and Ku Nye
Tibetan Medicine, known in Tibetan as Sowa Rigpa, has been practiced for over 2,500 years across Tibet and the Himalayan region. Sowa means “to heal” or “restore balance,” and Rigpa refers to “knowledge” or “science.” Together, Sowa Rigpa represents the profound science of healing and well-being. Ku Nye involves deep tissue techniques, in which a small amount of oil is applied to the body, combined with the stimulation of the body’s energy channels, helping to release tension, restore energy flow, and support the body’s natural healing process.
